Michelle is the proudest Capetonian you are ever likely to meet. Her photography saw her voted one of South Africa's most promising creative minds by the Design Indaba festival, which inspired her to travel the world in search of her next adventure. Realising she enjoyed life organising shoots as much as taking the pictures herself, she found her feet producing at VCCP London, helping craft still life shoots for o2. Moving to Adam&Eve/DDB, she was instrumental in bringing global Sony campaigns to life. A spell at VCCP Berlin followed, enjoying life in Europe as well as producing stills, live action and experiential campaigns for clients as diverse as Nike, o2, Converse and Hiscox. A return to London was next, to McCann London, producing work for Subway, Wimbledon, MasterCard and more. After leaving McCann, an eye-opening period of freelancing opened up opportunities as line producer for companies like Just So. And in 2019, things came full circle when VCCP Kin called, returning to where it all began to work as a producer across film and stills. After completing a year of maternity leave, she then returned to VCCP’s Girl & Bear but decided she needed a new challenge and moved over to Anomaly where she has been the Lead Senior Producer on Rimowa and on productions across their London and Berlin offices for TikTok, Hinge and more.
